For decades, our caring communities have been known for the quality of our services to seniors, in both nursing home and housing facilities.

In July 1920, the original Minnesota Masonic Home opened its doors. Since that time, Minnesota Masonic Home Care Center in Bloomington has served thousands of people - Masons, Eastern Star members and others in need. Today, this community houses approximately 345 residents in independent living, assisted living, as well as board and care and 24-hour skilled nursing areas and transitional care.

In 1999 services to the aging were expanded by adding Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge and CareBreak Adult Day and Transportation Program.

Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge is home to more than 620 residents. The North Ridge community includes senior apartments, assisted living, and 24-hour skilled nursing care.

CareBreak Adult Day Services is a program that offers a variety of adult day options as well as transportation services to the northwest suburbs. It currently serves approximately 60 clients on a daily basis and is housed in the Minnesota Masonic Home North Ridge community in  New Hope.

Outpatient therapy services are also offered in both communities - physical, occupational, speech and massage therapy are available.
